Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship all items in our store via UPS unless otherwise indicated upon checkout and issue you with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. For any tracking or shipping issues please email us at thestore@globalgraceministries.org.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is damaged on delivery, we simply ask that you take a picture and send it to us at thestore@globalgraceministries.com before using the return label included with the item to send it back to us.  We are also happy to accept returns and offer refunds for any items that are in new condition. 

Based on the nature of digital downloads, we cannot issue refunds for content that has already been downloaded but we are happy to assist with any download issues that you may have to ensure you are able to access your purchase content.
